Once data is delivered and you confirm it, purchases are non-refundable — but we will refund non-delivery, materially-not-as-described, or billing errors. Your statutory rights apply, and Paddle’s Refund Policy governs fiat purchases.

What you buy is intellectual property: verifiable data and analysis, delivered with its official source and a record_hash you can independently re-verify. Delivery is the point at which you inspect and verify the goods; by receiving them you complete that verification. Given that our pricing is set deliberately very low relative to the market, a return would be disproportionate; therefore, unless special circumstances apply (section 4), once the product is sold and both parties have confirmed it is correct, it is final and non-refundable — delivered intellectual property cannot be returned. Before delivery, if a result does not pass our verification gate, you are not charged in the first place.
你購買的是智慧財產權:可驗證的資料與分析,附官方來源 + 可自驗 record_hash。交付即你檢驗、驗收貨物之時,收貨即完成驗證。本人定價與市場供給相比,退貨不符比例原則,故除非特殊事由(見第 4 條),否則商品售出、雙方確認無誤,概不退回;已交付之智慧財產權無法退回。交付前若未過驗證閘,本就不收費。
The law recognises this for digital goods. In Taiwan, digital content — or an online service completed once it is provided — that is supplied with your prior consent is a recognised exception to the 7-day distance-selling right of rescission (Consumer Protection Act, art. 19, and the related exceptions regulation). In the EU / EEA / UK, the statutory right of withdrawal ends once performance begins with your express consent. That prior consent is the agreement you give at checkout.
法律對數位商品亦有明文:在台灣,「非以有形媒介提供之數位內容,或一經提供即為完成之線上服務,經你事先同意者」屬通訊交易 7 天解除權之法定例外(消費者保護法第 19 條及其例外準則);在 EU/EEA/UK,一經你明示同意開始交付即喪失撤回權。此「事先同意」即你於結帳時勾選同意的那一步。
Fiat purchases are captured at checkout by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. By purchasing you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital data and acknowledge that, once delivered, it is non-refundable as set out above. The Paddle Refund Policy also governs fiat purchases.

Crypto payments settle only when the data is successfully delivered on-chain; if our verification gate fails, the payment does not settle and you are not charged. Once a verified result is delivered, the on-chain settlement is final and non-refundable, except in special circumstances (section 4).
加密貨幣:交付成功才鏈上結算;未過驗證閘不結算、不收費。已交付驗證結果後鏈上結算為最終、不退款——除非特殊事由(見第 4 條)。
A refund applies only in special circumstances: where required by law or by the Paddle Refund Policy — in particular if the data was not delivered / was inaccessible, or was materially not as described — together with any mandatory statutory right that cannot be excluded. Outside these, and at our reasonable discretion, all sales are final.
僅在特殊事由才退款:法律或 Paddle 退款政策要求者——尤其「未交付/無法存取、與描述明顯不符」——以及不可排除的法定權利。除此之外,並由我方合理裁量,一律不退、交易最終。
During the testing period the features are free until 2026-10-31, with a promotional discount until 2026-12-31. There is no subscription — purchases are pay-per-use, so there is nothing to cancel or auto-renew.
Our prices are kept deliberately very low (spend very few resources for one source you can trust). That low, fair price is part of why — outside the special circumstances above — all sales are final.
